Designing clarity in systems that shape people, teams, and outcomes.

I’m a University of Waterloo science graduate interested in how systems shape behavior — in organizations, products, and communities. My background spans student leadership, operations, customer engagement, and marketing, and I’m developing toward roles in quality assurance, business systems, and operations where structured thinking and detail are mission-critical.

About Me

I graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science, studying economics, entrepreneurial strategy, computer science fundamentals, and cybernetics.

Although my academic foundation began in science, I became increasingly interested in how economic, organizational, and technological systems influence behavior. That perspective has guided both my work experiences and technical development.

Across student operations, retail environments, and growth-focused campus leadership roles, I consistently gravitate toward identifying inefficiencies, clarifying process structure, and reducing friction in workflows. I am currently strengthening my technical foundation in QA and systems testing, with focus on structured debugging, regression prevention, and customer-risk awareness.
